At Twojeys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all jewelry and apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original Twojeys pouches and boxes, ensuring everything is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
